Our students gave the performances of their young lifetimes in the roles of the Whos, Horton, Mayzie, Gertrude, Jungle Citizens, Fish, The Cat in the Hat and so many more Dr. Seuss friends! The students' dedication to learning their lines, songs, and dance moves really showed - their performances were phenomenal! Our stage crew was awesome - from the light and sound techs, set designers, costumers and makeup artists, to the publicity staff - everyone did their part to make the play a success! A great big thank you to all the adults involved in the production and, specifically, to Acting Naturally and the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. It was such a positive and memorable experience for our students!

Our annual “Race for Education” pledge drive fundraiser - along with its games, trivia, music, and ballpark picnic lunch - was enjoyed by the entire Holy Trinity community! This year's baseball-themed "Race" included several events leading up to the big day including jingle, door- decorating, and stamp-designing contests, with prizes for the winning classrooms. The big winner - 8th Grade - got to compete in a wiffleball game against the faculty. The day concluded with the students, staff, community guests, and parent volunteers walking as a “team” through the streets of Morrisville Borough, led by school administration and a police escort. This annual fundraising tradition is upheld by a team of very dedicated parents and teachers, led by Miss Christine Traub. The more than $10,000 raised through the students' pledges will be used to improve and renovate the school's main entrance and stairwell. A huge thank you to all who supported this year's Race for Education!

What a better time than Lent to have our Intermediate Unit - comprised of Grades 3, 4, and 5 - gather to demonstrate their knowledge of Religion? Broken into teams made up of students from each grade level, the Religion scholars answered questions taken straight from the Religion curriculum. It all came down to a tie, but the "Religion Rhinos" eventually emerged as the winners! Thank you to Mrs. Pirraglia, Miss Hecker, and Mrs. Smith for coordinating the fun event, and to Mr. McCusker for stepping-in as Master of Ceremonies.

What a successful showcase of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math activities for all ages to enjoy! Holy Trinity School families were invited to put their bridge-making skills to the test, devised marshmallow shooters, created color wheel spinners and homopolar motors, learned about light refraction, designed - and then ate! - edible, symmetrical snowflakes, explored the planetarium, demonstrated their coding skills, watched demonstrations by the Robotics and Graphic Design Clubs, discovered the secrets of cryptography, and made reusable shopping bags from recycled T-shirts - WOW! Thank you to Mrs. Susan Smith for her coordination of the evening's events and the parent, student, and faculty volunteers who assisted before, during, and after.
